Shipping and handling charges are based on the merchandise subtotal before
any discounts or credits.
Standard shipping & handling first class postal shipping -- 3 to 4
business days -- $4.95 for orders up to $14.99, $5.95 for orders $15.00 to
$39.99, $6.95 for orders over $40.00
Express priority shipping -- 2 business days -- $8.95 for orders up to

Express priority next day shipping -- next business day -- $15.95 for
